Operator and scope
AARON and AARONVIEW are operated by AARON View LLC, based in Utah, United States. Contact: contact@aaronview.com.
This policy covers the AARON website, waitlist and available app features. The information processed depends on what you use. Joining the waitlist alone does not connect a broker, collect payment-card details or create an app account.
Waitlist information
We record the email address and any name you submit, language, signup date and time, signup source, consent record and waitlist status. We also keep confirmation-email processing and delivery-status records. Repeat signup with the same email is checked to avoid duplicate registrations.
We use this information to maintain the list, send the requested confirmation, communicate launch updates and invitations covered by your consent, and handle support or removal requests. Authorized administrators can review the list in Master Control. Signup does not automatically grant app access.
App, support and technical information
If you use an account or optional features, processing may include account and authentication information, plan and payment status, preferences, planning inputs and authorized broker-connection information. Notification features may use device registration tokens, delivery status or a phone number and SMS consent where SMS is enabled. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or broker secrets in a support message.
Hosting and security systems process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver the site and limit abuse. Language and sign-in preferences use browser storage or cookies. The Contact form prepares a message in your email application; it does not send the message until you send it there. We receive the message and sender details when you email us.
Providers and sharing
Vercel hosts the waitlist service and stores its signup records. Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 processes confirmation emails sent from contact@aaronview.com. These providers receive information needed to perform those functions. Other app features may require their own hosting, authentication, payment, notification or broker providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud or security incidents.
Waitlist registrations are not sold or provided to other businesses for their independent marketing. SMS numbers, consent and opt-in records are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Security and retention
Waitlist records are stored in private storage and access to the administrative list requires authorization. No online service can guarantee complete security. We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected and as needed to handle requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. You can request removal; limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to document your request and avoid further unwanted communications.
Choices and privacy requests
To stop waitlist updates, reply to an AARON email or write to contact@aaronview.com. You may also request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is yours. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply, including objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to a data-protection authority. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits.
Processing locations and browser controls
AARON View LLC is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, under their applicable service and data-processing terms. You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser; disabling them may affect sign-in or saved preferences.
Adults only, updates and contact
AARON is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it. Policy changes will be reflected in the updated date and communicated where required. For privacy questions, contact AARON View LLC at contact@aaronview.com.
