Acceptance and eligibility

AARON and AARONVIEW are operated by AARON View LLC, based in Utah, United States. Contact: contact@aaronview.com.

These Terms govern the AARON public website and waitlist. App access may require a separate User Agreement presented for acceptance. Use is intended for adults aged 18 or older with legal capacity to enter an agreement. Do not use the service where it is prohibited. Additional terms presented for a specific feature or purchase also apply to that feature or purchase.

What AARON provides

AARON analyzes market data and presents selected assets, source events, charts and reference levels. Diamond, Gold and Silver identify stages in the recorded entry-event sequence; they are not quality ratings or probabilities of profit. Availability depends on the session, data sources and your access level. An entry or valid setup is not always available.

Reference prices, stops, targets and position calculations do not establish that an investment is suitable for you. A displayed event or notification does not confirm that a broker order was submitted or filled. You decide whether to trade and must verify any order and execution with your broker. Read our Risk Disclosure before using these features.

Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist is free. It records your interest and permission to receive the confirmation, launch updates and early-access invitations described on the signup form. It does not open a trading account, start a paid subscription or free trial, or grant access to the app. Invitations are selected separately; signup does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, price or place in an access queue.

You can request removal from the waitlist or stop launch emails by replying to an AARON email or writing to contact@aaronview.com. Any invitation states the access offered and its conditions.

Purchases, subscriptions and passes

Where paid access is offered, review the price, currency, taxes, access period, renewal terms and cancellation instructions displayed at checkout before confirming a purchase. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase authorization.

Subscriptions renew only under the terms you accept at checkout. Manage cancellation through the provider used for purchase, such as your web account, Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. A one-time pass is not a recurring subscription; its activation and expiry follow the terms shown at purchase. Refund requests follow the purchase provider’s process and applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

Accounts, permitted use and ownership

Keep your login and connected-account credentials secure. Do not share or resell access, disrupt the service, bypass access restrictions, or extract and redistribute data without permission. Use is subject to applicable law and third-party data licenses. AARON View LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding and content. You retain rights in content you submit and permit its processing as needed to provide the requested service.

Service availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available. Market data, calculations, charts and alerts can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Delivery of a notification depends on account settings, device permissions, network connectivity and external providers. Do not rely on an alert as your only method of monitoring a position.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AARON View LLC disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or unavailability of the service. No provision excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. These Terms do not promise trading results or protection against losses.

Third parties and communications

Brokers, payment providers, market-data providers and app stores operate under their own agreements. Displaying a name, logo, device or chart does not imply endorsement or a partnership. Brokerage connections require their own authorization; browsing a signal or joining the waitlist does not authorize an order or money transfer.

SMS, where available, requires separate enrollment and consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop SMS or HELP for assistance. Waitlist email consent does not enroll you in SMS. Support: contact@aaronview.com.

Changes, disputes and contact

We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by an updated date and communicated as required by law. Utah law governs these Terms to the extent consistent with mandatory protections applicable where you live. These Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration agreement or waive rights that cannot be waived. Contact contact@aaronview.com to raise a question or seek to resolve a dispute.
